From time to time, we all have to deal with difficult situations, relationships, and emotions. I believe that even in the midst of such challenges, we can find ways of coping and live meaningful lives centred around our own personal values. 

 

I use evidenced-based methods such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to find an approach to fit the individual needs of my clients. Our work is collaborative, goal-oriented, and I strive to bring empathy, respect and hope to my clients.
